If you miss your appointment without canceling, it will be marked as a no-show, and you may be charged a $50 no-show fee.
To avoid any fees, please cancel or reschedule your visit through the MyVisana patient portal at least 2 hours before your scheduled start time.
If you need to make a change within 2 hours of your appointment, please call our clinic at 612-217-4967, and our team will do their best to help.
We understand that plans can change — we just ask for as much notice as possible so another patient can use that time.
