You can schedule your next appointment while you’re with your provider or anytime it’s convenient for you through the MyVisana patient portal.
Click or tap the “Schedule Appointment” button. Then select “I need to schedule a follow-up appointment.” We will determine the follow up appointment type and duration needed by the information you provide us.
If you need to schedule two different appointments, for example, a follow up visit and an annual well woman visit, you can schedule them each separately. Please do not schedule duplicate visit slots for the same single follow up appointment. If you need to change your appointment time, you can do that by selecting "reschedule." You can only make appointments for yourself, not family members.
If your provider isn’t available at a time that works for you, don’t worry — you can always schedule with another Visana provider licensed in your state. Just click “View all providers” above your provider’s photo to see other options. You can also view and learn more about all our providers here.
Providers' schedules are usually available several months out.
You can see your past and upcoming appointments on the appointments page of the MyVisana patient portal.
