If you’re experiencing new or worsening symptoms, please schedule a follow-up visit with your provider so we can adjust your care plan and make sure you’re feeling your best.

If you experience any of the following, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately:

  • Severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, swelling, severe rash)

  • Chest pain or heart palpitations

  • Severe dizziness or fainting

  • Sudden vision changes

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Any symptom that makes you feel unsafe

If you’re unsure whether your symptoms require an appointment, you can message your provider through your MyVisana patient portal at www.myvisana.com. Select “Messages” in the left-hand menu, then click “Message your Provider” and “New Message.” Your provider will let you know whether to schedule a visit or provide guidance directly through the portal.
