How to Choose an Imaging Center
In your visit, your provider will often work with you to find an imaging center that is convenient for you. If this is not discussed during your visit or if you need to change to another imaging center, you can reach out to the Care Coordination team to help you choose a facility.
How to Make an Appointment
Once you’ve chosen the imaging facility for your test, you can find the facility’s phone number on your imaging order. The phone number for the lab will be listed on your lab order in the Orders and Results area of the MyVisana patient portal.
Find your lab order and select “View” on the right side.
Open the order PDF — the lab’s contact information will be in the upper left corner.
You can then call the facility directly to schedule your appointment. If you need help choosing or scheduling with an imaging center, our Care Team is happy to assist.
