If your provider has asked to review previous lab or imaging results, you can easily share them in three ways: via email, secure messenger, or the MyVisana portal.
In this secure chat, simply select the paper clip to upload your results. This refers to the secure messenger/chat feature available in the MyVisana patient portal.
In the Messages area of the MyVisana patient portal. Navigate to the "Compose Message" section, select your provider, and choose the appropriate message type before attaching your lab results.
Select Message your provider and then new message
Select “Lab or Imaging Results.”
Enter a subject and brief message for your provider.
Click “Attach Files or Resources” to upload your results. You can attach up to 10 files in PDF or JPEG format. Ensure you select the correct provider and message type to facilitate accurate processing.
Once sent, your provider will review your results and add them to your chart. They may also recommend additional tests or follow-up actions based on the results.
