Does Visana have a mobile app?

We don’t currently have a mobile app, but you can access the MyVisana Patient Portal from any device — including your smartphone's browser.

The mobile version may look a little different from what you see on your computer, but you’ll still be able to do everything you need:

  • Manage and schedule appointments

  • Send messages to your Care Coordinator or provider

  • View lab and imaging results

  • Complete your intake forms

To navigate the portal on your phone, tap the three lines in the upper-right corner (also called the menu icon). A menu will appear on the left side of your screen, allowing you to move easily between different sections of your portal.
