If your pharmacy is out of stock, experiencing delays, or you’d prefer to pick up your medication at a different location or change from a retail pharmacy to a mail in pharmacy, please respond with the name and location of the pharmacy you would like your prescription to be sent to or if you need help finding another pharmacy, let us know and a Care Team member will reach out to you.
For future medications you can update your default pharmacy to a retail or a mail order pharmacy anytime in your MyVisana Patient Portal:
Click “Patient Profile” on the left-hand menu.
Select “Preferred Pharmacy.”
Choose your new default pharmacy — whether it’s a mail-order option for chronic medications or a local pharmacy that’s most convenient for you.
