What to Do If the Pharmacy Is Out of Your Medication or It’s Delayed

If your pharmacy is out of stock or delayed, you can easily switch to another pharmacy using the link in your text message or contact our Care Team.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When we send a prescription to your pharmacy, you’ll receive a text message that gives you the option to change your pharmacy for that medication before it’s filled. That text message comes from (513) 866-3212 (which is Photon, our prescription coordination service), if you need to find it again. Tap on the link in the text message to switch pharmacies in seconds.

If the pharmacy has already filled the medication, you’ll need to text Photon at (513) 866-3212 to get it transferred.

If your pharmacy is out of stock, experiencing delays, or you’d prefer to pick up your medication at a different location, tap on the link in the text message Photon, our prescription coordination service, originally sent you from (513) 866-3212 to switch pharmacies to get your medication sooner. Alternatively, you can call the pharmacy directly to get it transferred.

If the pharmacy is a mail order pharmacy, you’ll need to contact them directly for help, or contact our team to get it transferred.

If you still need help, let our Care Team know, and we’ll assist you.
