You can find your telehealth appointment link in a few places:
In your MyVisana Patient Portal under Upcoming Appointments — you can either copy the URL or click the “Join Appointment” button.
In your email and text reminders — each confirmation and reminder message includes a link to join your visit.
When it’s time for your appointment, you’ll be asked to:
Enter your full name.
Confirm that you are the patient.
Agree to the telehealth terms and conditions.
Once you’ve joined, take a moment to check your video and audio to make sure everything is working properly.
Important: The telehealth link is only active on the day of your appointment. If you try to open it beforehand, you’ll see a message that it’s not yet available.
To get the best experience, make sure you’re in a quiet indoor space with a strong, stable internet connection. We don’t recommend joining from outdoors or from your car, as this can affect audio and video quality.
