How to Confirm Your Appointment

Get details on appointment reminders, confirmations, and how to reschedule or cancel if needed.

Before your scheduled telehealth visit, you’ll receive email and text reminders with all the important details — including the date, time, your provider’s name, and the link to join your visit.

Two days before your appointment, you’ll get a quick text asking you to confirm. If you need to make any changes, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation or no-show fees.

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to feel prepared and supported for your visit.
