Before your first visit, we’ll need a copy of the front and back of your valid (non-expired) insurance card. You can upload the images from your computer or directly from your smartphone — whichever is easiest for you.
Many patients find it simplest to take photos and upload them directly from their smartphone. Here’s how:
Go to your patient profile in MyVisana
Click or tap “Add” to upload the front of your insurance card — you can take a photo or upload an existing file. It must me a jpeg or png image format - other formats like PDF won't work.
Repeat the same steps to upload the back of your card.
Tap “Save” to complete your upload.
Once both sides are uploaded, your insurance information will be saved in your Visana profile for your care team to verify before your visit.
